SIX KITCHEN PRODUCTS YOU CAN USE RIGHT NOW TO HAVE GORGEOUS SKIN

Skin beauty can be achieved at home without paying hundreds of dollars to cosmetic companies. What if I told you most artificial skin products try to mimic organic foods’ natural chemical content in order to make a positive difference on the skin? And what if velvet smooth skin is affordable and simple?

This means organic foods in our kitchen are much more beneficial to the skin. Here I wrote about six every day kitchen products you can apply on your skin for an instant glow.

Honey

Although underrated, honey has so many skin enhancing properties that makes it a go-to last minute skin product. With its antibacterial properties, honey treats and prevents acne. It slows down aging thanks to the antioxidants it contains. If you want to have glowing skin before a date night, apply some honey on your skin and it will moisturize your face perfectly.

Eggs

eggs

This everyday product is a miracle collagen source for the skin. Egg yolk is for moisturizing dry skin and the egg white is for oily skin. Cracking an egg before shower and applying it on clean face for 10-15 minutes will do a bigger favor to your skin than any expensive product will. Egg masks are best removed with a facial towel soaked in warm water.

Olive Oil

Cold winter sure takes its toll on our skin. There comes a day no moisturizer seems to do its job. That is when the skin needs a real vitamin E boost. Olive oil has been used as a skin care product since ancient Egyptian times. Many Mediterranean countries still take advantage of this natural beauty product. The key is keeping olive oil on your face overnight. You are guaranteed velvet skin in the morning. Make sure to remove oil from skin thoroughly before sun exposure.

Oranges

oranges

This everyday fruit is good for all skin types. Oranges are loaded with vitamin C which rebuilds collagen and rejuvenates the skin. If you have skin pigmentation problems and brown spots, orange juice will provide a nicer complexion over time. The citric acid in oranges also makes a great face exfoliator.

Yogurt

White Mountain Bulgarian Yogurt

Yogurt is the true superhero of everyday kitchen products. Real probiotic yogurt fights aging, acne, blemishes, dark circles, pigmentation, sun burn and skin infections. It is an extremely effective natural moisturizer. Whenever you feel like your skin needs a break from artificial skin products, apply yogurt on your skin and wait for 30 minutes. It is definitely a once-a-week skin routine we should all adopt.

Coconut Oil

My favorite type of coconut oil is the one made for cooking. I can trust that it has no harmful chemicals because it is food. Coconut oil is one of the most versatile as it can remove make up, double cleanse skin or just be an amazing moisturizer. An effective way to use coconut oil as a moisturizer is applying it on the skin directly after washing and while the face is still wet.

Although there is nothing wrong with spending money on skin care products, it is important that you diversify your skin care methods by taking advantage of these six everyday kitchen products.
